When can I cancel or modify my order?
To ship your order to you as quickly as possible, we process orders every 24 hours. Once your order has been processed to the warehouse we are unable to cancel or modify your order. You can cancel your order at any time BEFORE we process the order to our warehouse, however authorizations obtained at time of purchase still apply. If we are unable to cancel or modify your order it may be returned or exchanged.
When will my credit card be charged?
We will charge your card immediatly upon checkout. If for any reason you have a return, we will reimburse your card that you used for your purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a purchase confirmation in your email after your checkout is complete. Two (2) days after your confirmation email you will then receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code for you to track your purchase.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re sorry if your order arrives damaged. If your items arrive damaged, please keep all boxes and packing materials and immediately contact customer service at markk@westmirealty for further instructions. Our hours are:

Archery Things Return Policy
Archery Things stands behind the quality of our products and wants you to be satisfied with every purchase you make. If you are not completely satisfied, we will provide a refund or exchange for the item within 30 days of your purchase. We will apply your refund, less shipping and handling, to the original form of payment. If you would prefer an exchange, we will send it promptly. If you are returning items that were ordered as part of a promotional discount or were bundled, we will gladly accept the return; however, the value of the discount, free product, or gift card will be deducted from your reimbursement.
